In addition to being a cancer survivor, mental health advocate and high-level peanut-butter-and-jelly-sandwich-maker, Matt is an award-winning speaker, trainer, brand builder and future of work expert. He specializes in leadership, culture and branding.
His mission is simple: he wants to help make the world a better place by helping organizations be better places to work. He believes organizations make their mark through the transformative power of great company culture, clear organizational identity, unique brands and servant leadership.
Matt holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in servant leadership philosophy from Gonzaga University. He has received multiple national awards for his and his teams’ work in culture, branding, organizational development and leadership.
