PJ is a passionate, inquisitive, creative that loves bringing out the best in others. She supports the On The Mark Strategies team by performing mystery shops, managing administrative tasks and keeping her teammates on track as they serve clients.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, PJ completed her undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University and graduate studies at Western Michigan University, where she obtained a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. PJ has worked in higher education, city government and nonprofit administration roles for over 10 years and loves helping people reach and accomplish their goals. She prides herself in building and sustaining strong teams.
